Norms/standards for function / service delivery

MFL’S Marketing staff in the field carries out a range of Agro services. These include soil testing and providing advice to farmers on modern farm management techniques. They also actively participate in Krishi Mela and conduct demonstrations on the use of Bio-Fertilizers, Organic Manure, and Bio Pesticides.

Process by which these services can be accessed

MFL has a marketing network that spans across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and the union territory of Puducherry. With 11 Regional Offices, MFL caters to a total of 5,449 Retail Points in these states. Additionally, MFL Fertilizers are also available through the retail network of the co-operative marketing federation in the southern States. This extensive network allows farmers in need to access MFL’s service conveniently.

Time limit for achieving the targets

MFL distribute its product through monthly supply plan allocated to each states by Department of Fertilizers, Govt of India.

Process of redress of grievance
